Who we are

This picture was taken Sunday morning in the loby at Church.. Sunday was a beautiful day here.. sunny and near 70 degrees.. (about 21 degrees Celsius). We heard a very good message by Clay Soggins about what it means to be great.

The example of greatness that Clay discussed was Jonathan (King Saul's son and David's Great Friend) Hopefully we can all learn what it means to have a servants heart and be great.

This blog will keep the Merida Connections Mission Trip team from Buckhead Church connected with each other, with our supporters, and with Shalom Church in Merida. We are very excited about the opportunity to support and encourage Shalom Church while also forming friendships that, we hope, will be long-lasting.
